1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Vecron (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account and for any content you submit. You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes others’ rights, is illegal, or violates our policies.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited license to use the Service and to use outputs generated by the Service for your own projects, subject to your plan and these terms. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or of design outputs you create. Our trademarks, branding, and the Service itself remain our property.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for your use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons we communicate. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vecron operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
